30 years in Catholic Education
Growth Studio didn't start with a theory. It started with three decades in Catholic schools, in admissions offices, enrollment meetings, and marketing plans that had to actually work. Here's the road that led here.

Kristin Moore is the Founder of Growth Studio, and someone who has spent her entire career believing more students deserve access to Catholic education.
Her career began in the classroom in San Francisco, California where she saw firsthand the difference a Catholic education could make—and how many families simply could not access it because of finances. That stayed with her. And nearly 30 years later, it still drives her work.
Today, the challenge remains. There are families who would love to be part of our Catholic school communities, but finances—and sometimes a lack of welcome, belonging, or a clear invitation—keep them on the outside.
Kristin believes we can change that.
Since her days in the classroom, she has worked across nearly every corner of Catholic education—from admissions, marketing, and enrollment strategy to diocesan leadership. Most recently, she helped lead five consecutive years of enrollment growth across the Archdiocese of Seattle.
She started Growth Studio because stronger schools create greater access. And greater access means more young people have the opportunity to encounter Jesus Christ, discover who they are and whose they are, and understand the unique purpose God has for their lives.
That’s the kind of growth worth building.
