What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to ask us to delete it. We do not sell your information.
1. Our approach
Growth Studio, LLC ("Growth Studio," "we," "us") serves Catholic school leaders. The people who join us are trusting us with their name, their work email, and often candid detail about what their school is struggling with. We treat that seriously.
Two commitments up front. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. And you can ask us to delete your information at any time, using the contact details in section 15.
This policy explains what we collect through growthstudio-hq.com and our membership, why we collect it, who else touches it, and what choices you have.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to our website, free accounts, paid memberships, the member resource library, live sessions, coaching engagements, and our email communications. It does not cover third party sites we link to, which run under their own policies.
3. Information you give us
- Account information. First name, last name, email address, and a password when you create a free or paid account.
- Payment information. Billing details you enter at checkout. See section 6.
- Inquiry and form submissions. Information you send through our contact and Strategy Day request forms, including your school or organization, your role, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation.
- Email subscription information. Your name and email if you join our mailing list.
- Content you share. Questions you bring to office hours, contributions to the member community, and testimonials you give us.
4. Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our hosting and security providers may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running, to protect our forms from automated abuse, and to understand which resources members actually use.
We do not run website analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and section 11 before we do, and we will give you the choices the law requires.
5. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and give you the access your plan includes
- To process your payment, renew your membership, and send receipts
- To deliver the resources, sessions, coaching, and support you have signed up for
- To answer your questions and respond to your inquiries
- To send membership and service messages, such as session schedules, resource releases, renewal notices, and changes to this policy
- To send marketing emails if you have opted in, which you can stop at any time
- To improve our resources and understand what is useful to members
- To protect our site and members from fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
6. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and full payment credentials go directly to Stripe. Growth Studio does not receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, the date, and limited billing information needed to manage your subscription. Stripe processes this information under its own privacy policy.
7. Service providers who process information for us
We use a small set of vendors to run Growth Studio. They may process your information only to provide their service to us, under contract, and not for their own purposes.
- Webflow for website hosting and form submissions
- Memberstack for member accounts, login, and access control
- Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing
- Cloudflare for security screening on our forms
- Vimeo for hosting recorded sessions and video resources
- Zoom for live professional learning sessions and office hours
- Canva for template resources you open and customize
- An email marketing platform for our mailing list and member email communications
We update this list whenever we add or remove a tool that handles member information. If you would like to know which provider handles a specific part of your information, contact us and we will tell you.
8. When we may share information otherwise
Beyond the service providers above, we share personal information only when:
- you ask us to, or agree to it, such as when you approve a testimonial
- the law requires it, or we receive a valid legal request
- it is necessary to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect the safety of members
- our business is transferred, in which case your information would move with it and this policy would continue to apply until you are told otherwise
We do not share member questions, office hours discussions, or the specifics of what a school tells us with other schools, vendors, or dioceses without permission.
9. We do not sell or rent your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with data brokers or advertisers. We do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. If that ever changed, we would tell you in advance and give you the ability to opt out first.
10. Live sessions and recordings
We record professional learning sessions and add the recordings to the member library. If you speak or appear on camera in a live session, that becomes part of the recording other members can watch. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and take part through chat. Tell us if you want a segment removed and we will do our best to accommodate it.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to make it work, including keeping you logged in and protecting forms from automated abuse. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from staying signed in.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third party tracking cookies. Because the cookies we set are limited to the ones needed to run the site and your account, we do not display a cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will update this policy and give you the choice before any non necessary cookie is set.
12. How long we keep information
We keep account information for as long as your account is open, and for a period after it closes so we can honor renewals, answer questions, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
In practice that means account information is kept while your account is open and for twelve months after it closes, financial and transaction records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements, form submissions and inquiries are kept for two years, and marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Recorded sessions stay in the member library for as long as they remain useful to members.
13. Your rights and choices
You can:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate, either in your account settings or by asking us
- Delete your account and the personal information associated with it
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by asking us. You will still receive necessary service messages about your account while it is active.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising a privacy right. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
14. How to request deletion
Email us at the address in section 15 and say what you want deleted. We will confirm your request, verify that it is coming from you, and complete it within forty five days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how much longer we expect to take. There is no charge.
Some information has to stay. We keep records of completed transactions where tax and accounting rules require it, and we keep enough information to honor your request not to be contacted again. Deleting your account ends your access to the member library and to any remaining paid membership term.

16. Security
We use reputable providers, restrict access to member information to people who need it, and rely on encrypted connections for our site and account system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
17. Children
Growth Studio is built for adults working in schools. Our services are not directed to children, and accounts require you to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
School leaders using our templates should not upload student information to Growth Studio. Our resources are meant to be customized in your own systems, with your own student data staying under your school's control.
18. Links to other sites
Our resources often link to third party tools, including design templates and video. Once you follow one of those links, that provider's privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their practices.
19. Visitors outside the United States
We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed here. If you visit from another country, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
20. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will notify members by email before it takes effect.
