Terms and Conditions

Last updated:

August 20, 2026

These terms cover your Growth Studio account, membership, coaching engagements, and use of our resources. Please read them before you join.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Growth Studio, LLC ("Growth Studio," "we," "us"). They apply to growthstudio-hq.com, to free and paid accounts, to the member resource library, and to coaching and professional development we provide. By creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a school, diocese, or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Who we are

Growth Studio, LLC is a Washington limited liability company located at 15410 28th Dr. SE, Mill Creek, WA 98012.

3. Accounts

You need an account to reach gated content. We offer two account types:

  • Free account. Gives access to the free resources we make publicly available. There is no charge and no term.
  • Paid membership. Gives access to the full member library, monthly professional learning, weekly office hours, the member community, and member pricing on digital kits.

You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it current. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are for people age 18 and over. Growth Studio is built for school leaders and staff, not for students.

4. Membership seats

One paid membership covers three seats at a single school or organization, including the person who purchases it. Seats are for named individuals at that organization. Membership is not to be shared outside the purchasing organization, posted publicly, or resold.

Seats may be reassigned during your term when staff change. Email us with the name and email address of the person leaving and the person taking their place, and we will move the seat. Reassignment is meant to cover staffing changes, not to rotate a single seat among many people.

5. Membership term, price, and renewal

Paid membership costs $1,000 per year. Payment is due in full at the start of each membership year. Membership runs for a full twelve month term from the date of purchase.

Membership renews automatically each year at the then current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you before a renewal charge. Prices may change; any change takes effect at your next renewal, not during a term you have already paid for.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Discounts and the Mission Access Scholarship

We offer reduced membership rates to schools that qualify through our Mission Access Scholarship. Discount codes apply to the first payment only unless the code states otherwise. Renewals are charged at the standard rate. Codes may not be combined, transferred, or applied to a purchase already completed.

To apply, complete the reduced pricing request form on our Membership page and tell us about your school. We review each request individually, considering factors such as enrollment size, the share of families receiving tuition assistance, and the resources available to your school. An award applies to a single membership year, and schools are welcome to apply again at renewal.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. It does not end the term you have already paid for.

Your paid membership stays active for the remainder of your twelve month term. At the end of that term your paid access ends and your account moves to a free account, which keeps access to our free resources.

8. Refunds

Annual memberships are not refundable once the term begins. You can cancel at any time to stop your next renewal, and your access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for, as described in section 7.

Coaching packages and Strategy Days are delivered as scheduled sessions rather than as ongoing access. Once an engagement has been scheduled or has begun, fees for that engagement are not refundable. If we need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a new date.

Nothing in this section limits a refund where consumer protection law requires one. If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception, contact us and we will review it.

9. Coaching, professional development, and Strategy Days

Coaching packages and on site engagements are purchased separately from membership and are governed by these terms plus any written scope we agree with you. Scheduling is arranged directly with Growth Studio. Travel, lodging, and related costs for on site work are quoted separately unless the written scope says otherwise.

10. How you may use our resources

Our resource library includes templates, guides, planning documents, recorded sessions, and similar materials. Some are delivered through third party tools such as design template links or video hosting.

While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to download, adapt, and use these resources for the internal purposes of your own school or organization. That includes customizing a template with your school's name, branding, and information, and distributing the finished piece to your families and community.

You may not:

  • resell, license, or distribute our resources, in original or modified form, to anyone outside your organization
  • share your account, credentials, or resource links with people outside your organization
  • present our materials as your own work product for sale or as part of a paid consulting service you provide to others
  • upload our materials to any public site, file sharing service, or resource exchange

When your membership ends, this license ends. Materials you have already customized and published for your own school remain yours to use. You should stop distributing unmodified Growth Studio materials.

11. Live sessions and recordings

Professional learning sessions and office hours are held online. We may record sessions and add the recording to the member library. By joining a live session you agree that your participation may be recorded. If you prefer not to appear, you can keep your camera off and participate by chat.

Session schedules, topics, and frequency may change. We will give members reasonable notice of changes.

12. Community conduct

Growth Studio exists so that school leaders can share honestly with each other. You agree to treat other members with respect, to keep what other members share in confidence, and not to use the community to market or sell to other members without our permission. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.

We may remove content or restrict access when conduct falls short of this.

13. Intellectual property

Growth Studio owns or licenses the content, materials, branding, and site design used in our offerings, except for content you provide. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

If you share content with us or with the member community, you keep ownership of it and grant us permission to display it in connection with running Growth Studio. If you give us a testimonial or allow us to describe your school's results, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing until you ask us in writing to stop.

14. Third party services

We use third party providers to run Growth Studio, including payment processing, account management, video hosting, and design tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third party services, and links from our site to other sites are not an endorsement.

15. Our giving commitment

Growth Studio directs three percent of membership revenue to tuition assistance for Catholic school students through diocesan and archdiocesan partners. This is a commitment we make voluntarily. It is not a charitable contribution by you, and your membership payment is not tax deductible as a donation.

16. Changes to the membership and to these terms

Growth Studio is an evolving membership. We may add, change, or retire specific resources, sessions, and features. We will not make changes that remove the core of what your paid membership provides during a term you have already paid for.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect at your next renewal, or thirty days after we post them, whichever comes first. Continuing to use Growth Studio after that means you accept the updated terms.

17. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if your conduct harms other members. Where the situation allows, we will contact you first and give you a chance to resolve it.

If we end your access because you breached these terms, prepaid fees for the remainder of that term are not refunded. If we end your access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of your prepaid term on a pro rata basis.

18. Disclaimers

Growth Studio provides strategy, coaching, tools, and professional development. We do not guarantee any particular enrollment, fundraising, financial, or operational result. Outcomes depend on your school's circumstances and on how you apply what you learn.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, employment, or accounting advice. Consult your own advisors before acting on anything you find in our materials.

Our services and materials are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error free.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost enrollment, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of our services or materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid Growth Studio in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the limits above apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Growth Studio against claims arising from your misuse of our materials, your breach of these terms, or content you publish using our templates.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Most issues can be settled that way. If we have not resolved it informally within thirty days, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you and Growth Studio each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

22. Contact

Questions about these terms can go to Growth Studio, LLC, 15410 28th Dr. SE, Mill Creek, WA 98012, or kristin@growthstudio-hq.com.
